This policy explains how Kudev Private Limited ("MANNLICH", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use mannlich.co, contact us, or buy our products. It is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

By using our website or placing an order, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in this policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 7).

1. Data we collect

  • Contact details: name, phone number, email, and billing and shipping address
  • Order details: products you view, add to cart, add to your wishlist, purchase, return or cancel, and your order history
  • Payment details: payment method, transaction ID and payment status. We do not collect or store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or banking credentials. These are handled by our payment partner, GoKwik.
  • Account details: login credentials and preferences, if you create an account
  • Communications: emails, WhatsApp messages, calls and support tickets you exchange with us
  • Device and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and data from cookies and similar technologies

We do not intentionally collect health information. Please avoid sharing medical details in reviews or support messages unless they are needed to resolve your query.

2. How we collect it

  • Directly from you, when you place an order, create an account, sign up for updates, or contact us
  • Automatically, through cookies, pixels and analytics tools when you browse our website
  • From our partners, such as payment, logistics and marketing partners who process data on our behalf

3. Why we use it

  • To process, ship and deliver orders, and to handle returns, replacements and refunds
  • To provide customer support and resolve complaints
  • To send order updates by email, SMS and WhatsApp
  • To send offers and marketing communications, but only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time
  • To improve our website, products and shopping experience
  • To prevent fraud and keep transactions secure
  • To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations

4. Who we share it with

We share only the data each partner needs to perform its service:

  • Shopify: website hosting and store operations
  • GoKwik Technologies Private Limited: checkout and payment processing
  • Logistics and courier partners [names]: order delivery and reverse pickups
  • Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) and Google: customer communication, advertising and analytics
  • Trust Signal: transactional and marketing messages in form of SMS or RCS 
  • Government or law enforcement authorities: when required by law or a valid legal process

We do not sell your personal data. Some partners, such as Shopify, may store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we require appropriate safeguards to be in place.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your cart, measure site performance and show you relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features, such as the cart and checkout, may not work properly without them.

6. Security and retention

We follow reasonable security practices, including SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and PCI-DSS-compliant payment processing through GoKwik. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data from unauthorised access or misuse.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Order and invoice records are retained for the period required under tax and company law. Marketing data is deleted when you withdraw your consent.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erase data that is no longer needed, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Withdraw your consent for marketing or any other consent-based processing
  • Nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity
  • Raise a grievance with us and, if it remains unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@mannlich.co with the subject line "Privacy Request — [Your Name]". We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

To unsubscribe from marketing, use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or reply STOP on WhatsApp.

8. Children

Our products and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared data with us, please write to us and we will delete it.
