By browsing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy, our Returns, Refunds & Payments Policy and our Shipping Policy also form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. Our products are intended for adult use.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, let us know immediately at hello@mannlich.co.

4. Products and use

  • Our products are cosmetics and personal care products for external use only, unless the label states otherwise.
  • Please read the label, ingredient list and directions before use. We recommend a patch test before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
  • If you experience irritation or an adverse reaction, stop using the product and consult a doctor.
  • Product information on the Website is general guidance and is not medical advice. Results may vary from person to person.
  • Product images are for illustration. Packaging, colour or design may vary slightly between batches without affecting the product itself.

5. Pricing and offers

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees, include applicable GST, and do not exceed the MRP printed on the product.
  • Shipping charges (₹49 on prepaid orders below ₹499) and the Cash on Delivery charge (₹99 per COD order) are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Offers, coupons and bundle discounts are subject to their stated terms and validity period. They cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order, even after it has been confirmed, and issue a full refund. We will notify you before doing so.

6. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.
  • We may decline or cancel an order in limited cases, such as suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors, bulk orders that appear to be intended for resale, or undeliverable addresses. If we cancel an order after you have paid, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • We may limit order quantities per customer, per household or per address.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partner, GoKwik Technologies Private Limited. Accepted payment methods, security measures and refund timelines are set out in our Returns, Refunds & Payments Policy. Cash on Delivery is available on select pincodes.

8. Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and are indicative only. Delays may occur because of courier partners, weather, public holidays or other events beyond our control. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Please check your package at the time of delivery. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

9. Returns, replacements and cancellations

Returns, replacements, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Payments Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Reviews and submissions

By submitting reviews, photos, feedback or other content ("Submissions"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce and display them in connection with our brand, including on our Website and social media.

You confirm that your Submissions are genuine, based on your own experience, and do not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful, abusive or misleading material. We may remove any Submission that breaches these Terms. We do not edit reviews in a way that changes their meaning, and we do not suppress genuine negative reviews.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Website belongs to Kudev Private Limited or its licensors. This includes the MANNLICH name, logo, product names, images, text and design. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it commercially without our written permission.

12. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false information or impersonate anyone else
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Scrape, crawl or collect data from the Website
  • Interfere with the Website's security or operation
  • Buy products for unauthorised resale

13. Third-party links and services

The Website may link to third-party websites or use third-party services, including payment, logistics and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MANNLICH against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the updated date shown at the top. Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in force when the order was placed.

19. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply. If we do not enforce a right, that does not mean we have waived it. These Terms, together with the policies referred to in Section 1, form the entire agreement between you and us.
