Parcel Not Delivered & No Call From Delivery Partner parcel

Very disappointing delivery experience with Mannlich. My parcel was supposed to be delivered through Shiprocket, but I have still not received it. The delivery partner did not call me even once, yet the shipment status showed an incorrect/wrong address.

I was available to receive the parcel, but nobody contacted me to confirm the address or delivery. This kind of delivery handling is frustrating for customers.

Mannlich should seriously look into its delivery partners and ensure that customers are contacted before marking an address as incorrect. I hope the company resolves this issue and improves its delivery service.

Do not remove hair properly

Not worth of money. Cream is not working well for me. Had to apply a lot of cream, still it hasn't removed my intimate hair properly. It is working only with tiny and thin hair. I've applied a patch first, i didn't worked. Then i applied more cream and waited for 5-6 minutes. Only thing happend was some hair got thin some got removed. Really disappointed with this product.
